（3）我们指定与您相关的信息：我们可能收集并使用诸如您的KIEAR锲耳用户端应用（包括 App 与小程序）账号等信息。

（5）登录信息：与您使用某些功能、移动应用程序和网站相关的信息，例如cookie 和其他匿名标识符技术、IP 地址、网络请求信息、临时消息历史、标准系统日志和系统崩溃信息等。
（6）蓝牙信息：您可以在开启蓝牙权限后，使用蓝牙实现同设备的开锁与锁状态读取及发送与接受各类指令。
（7）其他信息：环境特征值（ECV）（由KIEAR锲耳用户端应用（包括 App 与小程序）账号、手机 ID、连接的Wi-Fi 账号及位置信息产生的数值）
（8）账户凭证：有关您账户凭证的信息，例如密码、密码安全问题和回答等。
（9）麦克风信息：您可以在开启麦克风权限后，使用麦克风实现同设备的视频功能的双向语音对讲。
（10）访问通讯录信息：您可以在开启访问通讯录服务权限后，您可以通过移动端设备的通讯录权限获取您指定的报警联系人的手机号码，目的是在设备产生报警消息时，KIEAR锲耳通过客服电话将报警信息通知到联系人。您拒绝提供报警联系人的手机号码会使您无法使用电话提醒功能，但不影响您正常使用其他功能。
（11）电话通话信息：您开启通话权限后，可以直接通过KIEAR锲耳用户端应用（包括 App 与小程序）服务直接拨打我们的客服电话。
（12）相机/摄像头信息：您可以在开启相机/摄像头权限后，使用拍照/录像功能，上传头像，并进行二维码扫描完成设备添加。
（13）相册（图片）信息：您可以在开启相册（图片）权限后，上传为实现设备截图、视频录像功能，我们需要您主动填写提供或调用移动端设备的相册权限，以便于存储截图的图片和录屏的视频。
（14）存储信息：您可以在开启存储权限后，在您使用KIEAR锲耳用户端应用（包括 App 与小程序）服务过程中，产生的文本进行缓存，将您主动下载的图像、录像进行保存，调用相册选取图片时，拒绝权限后，将无法正常使用存储信息功能。
（15）通知信息：您可以在开启通知权限后，接收关于设备的消息（设备/App/小程序操作记录消息、报警信息、访客信息），当您拒绝权限后，将无法正常接收设备的消息。
请您注意，上述权限功能均不会默认开启，只有经过您的明确授权，才会在为实现特定功能或服务时使用。特别说明，即使经过您的授权，我们获得了这些敏感数据的权限，也不会在相关功能或服务不需要时而收集您的信息。
收集个人信息的目的在于向您提供产品和/或服务，并且保证我们遵守适用法律。您特此同意我们可以出于本隐私政策规定的目的处理个人信息，并向我们的关联公司（涉及通信、社交媒体、技术和云业务）和第三方服务供应商（定义如下）披露个人信息。
（1）提供、处理、维护、改善、开发我们的商品和/或给您的服务，以及通过设备或我们提供的服务。
（2）与您就您的设备、服务或任何普通查询（例如更新、设备固件/软件升级、客户咨询支持、相关信息、通知）等进行交流。

（4）分析和开发与我们产品及服务的使用相关的统计信息，以更好地改进我们的产品和服务。

（6）无需与我们的服务器通信，提供本地服务。
（7）创建您的KIEAR锲耳账号。在通过网页或我们的移动设备创建账号时收集的个人信息用于建立用户的个人账户和资料页。
（8）提供基于位置的服务。在使用KIEAR锲耳及接入我们的设备时，我们可能会使用位置信息判断设备时区，以保证在设备中准确显示时间、登录服务地区。
（9）设备接入。设备通过KIEAR锲耳用户端应用（包括 App 与小程序）进行操作，需要验证其设备的真实性，因此我们会需要通过核验出厂 MAC、DID 信息来确认设备的合法身份。
（10）设备状态显示。可以允许您远程查看设备状态，以便您时刻查看设备运行情况。
（11）设置自动化任务。您设备上报的事件信息，可以用于创建属于您个人的自动化任务。
（12）提供推送服务。账号和 IMEI 号码也将用于提供KIEAR锲耳用户端应用（包括 App 与小程序）推送服务，为用户发送设备通知。
（13）收集用户反馈。为了跟踪您选择提供的反馈，我们可能会使用您所提供的个人信息与您联系，并保留记录。
（14）发送通知。我们可能会不时使用您的个人信息来发送重要通知，例如有关设备异常运行状态的通知、您定制的设备推送通知、我们的条款、条件和政策变更。

This Privacy Policy sets out how Guangzhou Humanfun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., under its brand KIEAR (hereinafter referred to as "KIEAR" or "we"), collects, uses, discloses, processes, and protects information you provide to us through the KIEAR client application (including the App and Mini Program) when using our products and services. If we ask you to provide certain information to verify your identity when using KIEAR products and services, we will strictly use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and/or our user terms and conditions.
This Privacy Policy has been prepared with your needs fully in mind. It is essential that you fully understand our personal data collection and use practices and that you remain in control of all personal information you provide to us.
In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means all data that, through information about a specific individual, or in combination with other information about that person accessible to us, can directly or indirectly identify that person. Such Personal Information includes but is not limited to information you provide or upload and device information.
By using KIEAR products and services or other operations consistent with applicable law, you indicate that you have read and accepted all terms described in this Privacy Policy, including any changes we make from time to time. To comply with applicable law, including local data protection laws (such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation), we will seek your explicit consent for processing certain categories of personal data (such as automated individual decision-making). To provide our services to you, we may ask you to provide Personal Information necessary to deliver those services. If you do not provide Personal Information, we may be unable to provide our products or services to you.
We will only collect information necessary for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes, and ensure that such information is not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes. We may collect the following categories of information (whether or not it constitutes Personal Information):
(1) Information you provide to us or upload (including your contact information): We may collect Personal Information you provide to us, such as your name, mobile number, ID number (for example, security-related information, name, gender), data synchronized from devices you may connect to us, accounts created on the KIEAR platform and related settings, devices you add or messages you send, feedback, and similar information.
(2) Handheld terminal or SIM card related information: We may collect information related to the handheld terminal running KIEAR, such as IMEI number, IMSI number, system version, device manufacturer information, model name, and network operator. We may also collect information about devices bound to your account, such as MAC address, DID, device network status (IP/network signal), and firmware version.
(3) Information we assign that relates to you: We may collect and use information such as your KIEAR client application account.
(4) Location information (only for specific services/features): Various information related to your location, such as region and country code, city code, mobile network code, mobile country code, cell ID, region name, latitude and longitude, time zone settings, and language settings.
(5) Login information: Information related to your use of certain features, mobile applications, and websites, such as cookies and other anonymous identifier technologies, IP address, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, and system crash information.
(6) Bluetooth information: After enabling Bluetooth permission, you may use Bluetooth to unlock devices, read lock status, and send and receive various commands.
(7) Other information: Environmental Characteristic Value (ECV) (a value generated from your KIEAR client application account, mobile phone ID, connected Wi-Fi account, and location information).
(8) Account credentials: Information about your account credentials, such as passwords, password security questions and answers, and similar information.
(9) Microphone information: After enabling microphone permission, you may use the microphone for two-way voice intercom in video features with the device.
(10) Contacts information: After enabling access to contacts, you may obtain the mobile numbers of designated alarm contacts through the contacts permission on your mobile device, so that when a device generates an alarm message, KIEAR can notify the contact via customer service phone. Refusing to provide alarm contact mobile numbers will prevent you from using the phone reminder feature, but will not affect your normal use of other features.
(11) Phone call information: After enabling call permission, you may directly dial our customer service number through the KIEAR client application service.
(12) Camera information: After enabling camera permission, you may use photo/video features, upload avatars, and scan QR codes to add devices.
(13) Photo album (image) information: After enabling photo album (image) permission, to enable device screenshot and video recording features, we need you to actively provide or grant album permission on the mobile device so that screenshot images and recorded videos can be stored.
(14) Storage information: After enabling storage permission, text generated while you use KIEAR client application services may be cached, and images and videos you actively download may be saved. When selecting images from the album, refusing permission will prevent normal use of storage-related features.
(15) Notification information: After enabling notification permission, you may receive device-related messages (device/App operation records, alarm information, visitor information). If you refuse permission, you will be unable to receive device messages normally.
Please note that none of the above permission features are enabled by default. Only after your explicit authorization will they be used to implement specific features or services. In particular, even if we obtain permission for such sensitive data after your authorization, we will not collect your information when the related feature or service does not require it.
The purpose of collecting Personal Information is to provide you with products and/or services and to ensure that we comply with applicable law. (9) Device access. Devices operated through the KIEAR client application need to have their authenticity verified; therefore, we may need to verify factory MAC and DID information to confirm the lawful identity of the device.
(10) Device status display. Allow you to remotely view device status so that you can check device operating conditions at any time.
(11) Set up automation tasks. Event information reported by your devices may be used to create automation tasks belonging to you personally.
(12) Provide push services. Account and IMEI numbers will also be used to provide KIEAR client application push services to send device notifications to Users.
(13) Collect User feedback. To track feedback you choose to provide, we may use the Personal Information you provide to contact you and retain records.
(14) Send notices. We may from time to time use your Personal Information to send important notices, such as notices about abnormal device operating status, device push notifications you have customized, and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
We may use your name, phone number, email address, KIEAR account, and IMEI number to provide you with promotional materials related to products and services of Guangzhou Humanfun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and its partners (providing network, mobile application, and cloud products and services). We strictly comply with data protection laws in your location (some laws may require separate explicit permission), so we will only use your Personal Information after obtaining your prior explicit consent and confirming, through a clear affirmative action, that we have obtained your consent or that you have indicated you do not object. If you no longer wish to receive certain categories of emails, you may click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page. We will not transfer your Personal Information to our business partners for direct marketing.

All of your Personal Information is stored on secure servers and protected in controlled facilities. We classify your data according to importance and sensitivity and ensure your Personal Information has the highest security level. We ensure that employees and Third-Party Service Providers who access this information to help provide products and services to you are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations; failure to fulfill these obligations may result in disciplinary action or termination of cooperation. Likewise, we have dedicated access control measures for cloud-based data storage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any unauthorized use of your account by any other Internet User or any other security vulnerability occurs, you must notify us immediately. Your assistance will help us protect the privacy of your Personal Information.
We will retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable law. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that retaining Personal Information cannot achieve the purposes for which it was collected, we will no longer retain the Personal Information, or will delete the means by which Personal Information is associated with a specific individual. (2) Please note that withdrawing your consent will have certain legal consequences. Depending on the scope of your withdrawal of consent for us to process your Personal Information, this may mean that you cannot enjoy KIEAR products and services.
If we need to transfer Personal Information outside your jurisdiction, whether to our affiliates (involved in communications, social media, technology, and cloud businesses) or to Third-Party Service Providers, we will do so in accordance with applicable law. In particular, by implementing appropriate safeguards, we ensure that all such transfers meet the requirements of applicable local data protection laws. Subject to applicable law, KIEAR may transfer your personal data to any subsidiary of the KIEAR Group worldwide to process information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. KIEAR products and services may include third-party products and services, as well as links to third-party websites. When you use these products or services, your information may also be collected. We are not responsible for how third parties use Personal Information they collect from you, nor can we control such use. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites linked through our services.
